Welcome to NCI Pet Insurance
Please read the following information which will update you on some small changes affecting the brand name of your Cover4Pets pet insurance.
In April 2013 Pets at Home acquired both the Vets4Pets brand and all of their veterinary practices. Following this structural change the decision was made by the group that the Cover4Pets brand would cease to exist. This change is effective from Monday 11th August.
What happens now?
In short, nothing will change. We will continue to provide your insurance with the same level of cover and service as before, along with all of the benefits you currently experience; we’ll continue to cover any ongoing conditions and settle claims directly with vets. The only change you’ll notice is that your documentation and correspondence will be labelled as NCI pet insurance instead of Cover4Pets.
We (NCI) have worked closely with Vets4Pets over the last 4 years to create and manage the Cover4Pets pet insurance scheme which has provided a quality pet insurance product for both you as a customer and the Vets4Pets veterinary practices. This will not change and we will continue to offer the best possible experience for you and your pet.
